1. Overview

Mail to Claude is a macOS productivity tool that lets you send emails from Apple Mail to Claude Desktop using a keyboard shortcut. By using our website or software, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

Mail to Claude provides:

  • A macOS application that reads the currently selected email in Apple Mail and opens it in Claude Desktop
  • A licence key system to activate the application
  • Automatic updates to the macOS application

The app runs entirely on your Mac. Email content is processed locally and passed directly to Claude Desktop. We do not access, transmit, or store your email content.

3. Requirements

To use Mail to Claude, you need:

  • A Mac running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later
  • Apple Mail
  • Claude Desktop (by Anthropic)
  • An active Mail to Claude subscription

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Mail to Claude is offered as a monthly subscription, currently priced at $4/month (or equivalent in local currency).
  • New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the end of your paid period.

5. Licence

Upon subscribing, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Mail to Claude macOS application on your own computers. Your licence key is tied to your email address and subscription status. The licence is valid for as long as your subscription is active.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell your licence key
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the licence validation system

7. Intellectual Property

The Mail to Claude application, website, and all associated content are owned by Jake Simmonds. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. “Claude” and “Claude Desktop” are products of Anthropic. Mail to Claude is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all system configurations. We are not responsible for the behaviour or availability of Apple Mail, Claude Desktop, or any third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.
